In the wake of last month’s release of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang patch 1.8.47 release, Moonton Games has introduced a new set of alterations.
The focus of the patch 1.8.47 hero balance adjustments is to enhance the performance of underutilized heroes, while simultaneously addressing the perceived overpowered nature of certain heroes dominating the current meta.

Both the M5 World Championship and Season 31 performances factored in as the primary criteria for these hero adjustments, according to the developers.
Here are all the changes you need to know.

Alice
Skill 2 – Blood Awe
- Damage bonus based on HP decreased from 3.5%-6% to 2.5%-5%
- New effect: Damage bonus based on HP can deal up to 250-500 damage to creeps
Skill 3 – Blood Ode
- Hitting creeps no longer reduces the cooldowns of skills 1 and 2
Brody
Ultimate – Torn-Apart Memory
- Cooldown increased from 24-18s to 32-24s
- First attack’s damage decreased from 340-580 + 180% extra physical attack to 300-540 + 165% extra physical attack
Claude
Skill 2 – Battle Mirror Image
- Cooldown increased from 11-8.5s to 13-10.5s
Melissa
Skill 1 – Falling!
- Cooldown decreased from 10.5-7s to 7.5-5s
- Cooldown reduced after attacking Muddles to deal damage decreased from 1.5 to 0.5
Skill 2 – Eyes on You!
Damage transfer ratio increased from 70% at all levels to 60-80%
Moskov
Skill 1 – Abyss Walker
- Attack speed boost increased from 1.15-1.3x to 1.15-1.5x
Pharsa
Ultimate – Feathered Airstrike
- Cooldown decreased from 42-34s to 36-30s
Special Skill – Wings by Wings
- Cooldown decreased from 30s at all levels to 30-23s (scales with level)
Yve
Skill 2 – Void Crystal
- Continuous base damage increased from 90-165 to 105-180
Yin
Skill 1 – Charged Punch
- Cooldown decreased from 10-7s to 10-6s
Skill 2 – Instant Blast
- Slightly increased dash distance
Fanny
Skill 1 – Tornado Strike
- Total physical attack bonus increased from 80% to 83%
Ultimate – Cut Throat
- Base damage decreased from 500-860 to 500-750
Other changes
- Fixed an issue where heroes would continue to regenerate mana for a period of time after leaving the base
