The Capcom Pro Tour Season Final replaces the Capcom Cup 2020 and will feature the best players from around the world.
The two-day event will feature 22 players who earned their way into the online-only Season Final by winning their respective regional qualifiers. The tournament will also feature reigning Capcom Cup 2019 champion Derek “iDom” Ruffin, and community fan vote winner Oliver “Luffy” Hay.
If you’re new to watching professional Street Fighter V: Champion Edition matches, there are two matches you need to watch during Day 1.
First is a European region battle between former EVO 2014 champion Luffy and regional standout Arman “Phenom” Hanjani. Next is a battle between two SFL contenders, Alan “Nephew” Sun and Miky “Samurai” Chea.
For Day 2, iDom will be going up against the always charismatic Bryant “Smug” Huggins. Finally, we have Street Fighter legend Daigo “The Beast” Umehara squaring off against Capcom Cup 2018 champion Tsunehiro “gachikun” Kanamori.
All matches will be played following a best-of-seven format.
