Russian underdogs Team Spirit defeated Chinese giants PSG.LGD 3-2 in a thrilling best-of-fives series to become TI10 champions. No one expected the dark horse of the TI10 CIS Regional Qualifier to make it this far.

Team Spirit has been in the professional Dota 2 scene for about six years, with a lifetime earning of US$500,000. Now, they are US$18.2 million richer.

The team’s winning roster revealed the first things they would buy with their hard-earned prize money.

After their impressive grand final run, four of the team’s members appeared in an interview with caster Dmitry “NotInMyHouse” Krupnov.

“I’m gonna buy an animal house for my cat. And maybe a homestead for myself,” said Illya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk, translated by Redittor u/SomedayBelieverPTM. Yatoro made history by pulling off three Rampages in just this TI alone.

Meanwhile, Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Khertek is planning to buy a flat for his little sister.

“I promised her,” said TORONTOTOKYO. “She’s 11 years old. We spoke on Facetime and I said if we win TI I will buy her a flat at the center of Moscow.”

Godlike Magnus player Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov doesn’t really have an idea on where he wants to spend his TI10 prize money.

“I have everything I want,” Collapse laughed.

Meanwhile, Miroslaw “Mira” Kolpakov has his eyes set on buying a house and a car for his dad to drive around.

“That’s all. Only two targets right now,” said Mira.
