While progressing through the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Zombies story mode, in Act 1 — Operation Deadbolt, the Tier 4 mission “Infiltrator” tasks players to acquire a Stronghold Keycard and use it to access and clear a Terminus Outcomes Stronghold to acquire a piece of record required for advancing to the next tier.
While the quest seems straightforward, many players don’t know where to find a Terminus Outcomes Stronghold and thus are stuck with the quest, unable to progress further.

How to complete the Infiltrator mission in MW3 Zombies
To complete the Infiltrator mission in Zombies, you must complete the following objectives:
- Acquire a Stronghold Keycard
- Clear a Terminus Outcomes Stronghold
- Retrieve Terminus Outcomes Record from the Stronghold safe
Acquiring a Stronghold Keycard
There are multiple ways to get a Stronghold Keycard when playing Zombies. The easiest method is acquiring 2000 Essence and purchasing the Stronghold Keycard from any Buy Station you can find around Urzikstan.
You can also clear Mercenary Camps and open the Merc Caches within the camp to obtain a Stronghold Keycard. On the same note, clearing Mercenary Convoy also drops Stronghold Keycards.
However, instead of using the latter method, we recommend doing any contract missions in the Tier 1 zone to acquire the required Essence and then purchase the Stronghold Keycard from the Buy Station. You can also acquire Essence by defeating enemies and selling valuables.
Finding and clearing a Terminus Outcomes Stronghold
What makes clearing a Terminum Outcomes Stronghold so difficult is that players cannot locate any stronghold with such a name. Well! The thing is, Terminum Outcomes Stronghold is nothing but a normal Mercenary Stronghold that you can find all around the map.
Look for the icons around the map, as highlighted in the above screenshot. Those are the strongholds that have to be accessed using the Stronghold Keycard.
Head to the nearest Mercenary Stronghold and open the locked door by holding the interaction button. Get rid of all the mercenaries and look for the safe, mostly found on the top floor.
Retrieve Terminus Outcomes Record from the Stronghold safe
Once you find the safe, use the drill charge by interacting with it and survive until the drilling process is complete. When the status bar fills up, you will interact with the safe and collect the Terminum Outcomes Record and other lucrative rewards.
That is how you find and clear Terminus Outcomes Stronghold and obtain the required record in MW3 Zombies to complete the Infiltrator mission.
