The latest update to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 brought the MW3 CODMAS Slayground event into the game, but there seems to be a small problem.

First things first, you are still earning progress toward the event and challenges. While you may not be aware of how much you’ve gained, it is still keeping track and working as intended on that front.

In terms of how to fix it, we recommend starting simple by just restarting your game. There are quite a few things that can be fixed with a basic restart, and this could be one of them.
If restarting your game doesn’t work, make sure to check for any updates to ensure there hasn’t been a hotfix to the problem.
Lastly, if you’re really unhappy with the situation and don’t want to wait and see if they release an update to address it, you can always reinstall the game altogether.
