Moonton Games recently announced a groundbreaking partnership with three of the largest tournament platforms—Battlefy, Challonge, and Toornament.
This collaboration aims to significantly enhance the accessibility and reach of community MLBB tournaments on a global scale.

By joining forces with these industry leaders, Moonton Games is empowering amateur tournament organizers to host their own Mobile Legends: Bang Bang competitions in localized areas.
In an exclusive interview with ONE Esports, Eric Wu, Senior Partnerships Manager for Moonton Games’ Esports Ecosystem, shared insights into the vision behind this collaboration and what the tournament organizers think of the initiative so far.

According to Wu, the game developers sees MLBB as more than just a game. This new feature helps in turning that vision to reality.
“We aim to help players find genuine friends and connections who can gather to share their enjoyment of MLBB Esports,” he said.
“Participating in esports events is still quite a niche hobby, but we’re seeing immense growth year after year. It will not be too long before it is a mainstream leisure activity, much like going to the movies or playing sports.”
He also added that the new initiative has garnered positive feedback from tournament organizers, stating that it has addressed one of the most tedious aspects of hosting MLBB tournaments: ensuring participants can correctly add their opponents as friends before entering a match.
Thanks to this new feature, competing players can simply scan a QR code to join a game, streamlining the entire process.
Still, Wu said that they are still open to suggestions on how to improve the system and have received excellent suggestions.
Tournament organizers can now register their upcoming tournaments at the official community tournament website.
