Riot Games revealed that the marksman champion Samira holds the record for having the most pentakills in League of Legends. This includes Ranked Solo/Duo ranked games from patch 11.11.
At a rate of 0.018 pentakills per game, this bot laner is your best bet when it comes to wiping out an entire team in a short period of time.
Not far behind is Master Yi and Katarina, with recorded rates of 0.018 and 0.015 pentakills per game according to the latest release of Ask Riot.
Unsurprisingly, enchanter and tank-type support champions like Soraka, Braum, Rell, and Taric all have zero pentas in the same sample.

Master Yi tops the spot in ARAM as the champion with the most pentas at 0.082 per game, followed by Samira (0.071) and Katarina (0.054).
