The next Call of Duty game finally has a confirmed title and a rumored release window. Set in Gulf War, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be the first entry in the Black Ops storyline since 2020.

Initially, the game was tentatively titled Call of Duty: Gulf War, fueling rumors that the franchise would shift from its Cold War setting to the early 90s Gulf War era and would join the Black Ops storyline.
