Twitch Esports has announced that it’s hosting a US$100,000 Twitch Rivals: Valorant European Showdown charity tournament, with all prize money going to the fight against the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

The tournament will include eight teams and will feature a variety of European-based Twitch streamers. Details about the participants are scarce, but expect to see players popular on the Twitch platform.

The competition will take place on May 2-3 at 5:00 p.m. (PT), or May 3-4 at 4:pm (GMT+8).

This is the second Twitch Rivals Valorant tournament for the European region. The previous tournament took place last month on April 3. The tournament only featured six teams but included popular streamers like Sebastian “Forsen” Fors, Corentin “Gotaga” Houssein, and Jakub “Lothar” Szygulski.
