After planting 1,000 trees during the LCS Spring Split, FlyQuest is now turning its environmental efforts to the sea.

Under the catchy moniker, SeaQuest, the team will donate to the Coral Reef Alliance throughout the season.

FlyQuest will donate:

  • US$1 for each kill by FlyQuest players in LCS or Academy games
  • US$10 for each Ocean Drake kill by any team in an LCS or Academy game
  • US$100 for each victory from FlyQuest’s LCS or Academy team

In addition, the team’s summer jerseys feature an eye-catching coral reef design:

With the donations, FLY hopes to become Coral Reef Alliance’s Champion of the Reef, a title given to those who have donated US10,000 or more to their cause.

Aside from the coral reef, the team is planning more environmental campaigns such as plastic reduction for the ocean and saving the wild turtles. With such initiatives, it’s nice to know that FlyQuest is a green team on and off the Rift.
