After the controversial launch of its own augmented-reality mobile game, “Let’s Hunt Monsters“, which many people called a Pokémon GO clone, Chinese Internet giant, Tencent, has now announced a collaboration with The Pokémon Company to make new fully licensed Pokémon games.

The collaboration will focus on new titles, and for now, there are still no plans to bring Pokémon GO into China.

The announcement did not go into details on what games would be made, but Tencent is most well known for its mobile MOBA game, Honor of Kings, so you can expect at least one mobile Pokémon game.

Until more details are released, Pokémon fans can try out the new appraisal system in Pokémon GO and can look forward to the upcoming Pokémon Masters mobile game from DeNA.
