Destiny 2‘s Guardian Games event has introduced a new wave-frame grenade launcher, the Hullabaloo.
Like its name, this weapon’s perk combinations are a bit strange, but there are a few good options here for clearing ads and taking down bosses.
Hullabaloo is particularly efficient if you want to run an Arc build, as it can drop with the fan-favorite Voltshot perk.
But even with other perks, Hullabaloo can be an overpowered GL that can compete with the likes of Forbearance.

Considering that GLs aren’t the top choice for Crucible, this Hullbaloo god roll focuses on PvE effectiveness.

At this point, Bungle seems inclined to include Voltshot in every subsequent Arc weapon, which isn’t necessarily a problem, given that it’s easily one of the most overpowered perks in Destiny 2 right now.
Voltshot works even better with a grenade launcher because both are great for clearing ads.
What’s more, you can trigger Voltshot more frequently because you get to reload after every single shot. Pair this up with Chain Reaction to make Hullabaloo an ad-clearing beast.
However, if your intention is to use Hullabaloo for boss encounters, opting for Vorpal Weapon proves superior to Chain Reaction, while Envious Assassin surpasses Voltshot as the preferred choice.
Envious Assassin reduces the need for frequent reloading, while Vorpal Weapon enables you to inflict amplified damage on bosses and take them down real quickly.
