Team Secret continued to dominate at TI9, defeating Keen Gaming in both group stage games.

The European squad’s path of destruction saw them confidently go with a first pick Alchemist for Michał “Nisha” Jankowski.

After 30 minutes of back and forth action between the two teams, Secret’s perseverance and adaptability saw them forge a clear path to victory. Keen Gaming struggled to inflict enough damage to any of Secret’s core heroes and lost the first game.

Team Secret’s next game was pretty much cut and dried. They countered Keen’s Broodmother pick by having Yeik “MidOne” Zheng play Beastmaster in the middle lane. With MidOne having 130 creep kills at the 7-minute mark Keen basically lost control of game two.

Secret’s Flak Cannon and Fatal Bonds combo melted Keen Gaming’s heroes and they finished the second game with a dominating 19-2 kill score.
