Golden Guardians have bolstered their roster for the upcoming Summer Split with the acquisition of two new members, Tanner “Damonte” Damonte and Kim “Olleh” Joo-sung.

Damonte will be taking over Grayson “Goldenglue” Gilmer’s midlaner role in the LCS team while Goldenglue will be competing for a spot on the GG Academy team with Nicholas “Ablazeolive” Abbott. Damonte has Worlds experience, playing for Clutch Gaming at Worlds 2019.

Olleh will rejoin GG in a coaching role, acting as a positional coach for the team’s support players. With his previous GG experience and his successful roles in LCS and Academy rosters, Olleh will be able to share the in-and-outs to supporting the team throughout the season.

Dignitas will have their first match of the Summer Split on June 13, facing off Olleh and Damonte’s former team of Dignitas. You can catch the action live on the official LCS Twitch channel.
