The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has announced prospective dates for next year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).

E3 will take place on June 15 – 17, 2020. ESA has declared that the event will be a “reimagined” E3 to make up for this year’s event being canceled due to the COVID-19 coronavirus, although details on what “reimagined” entails have not been released yet.

With careful consideration for its attendees and partners, the organizers of the event announced the cancellation last month.

ESA also mentioned its plans to hold an online E3 experience for fans come June this year. More details about this virtual showcase will be revealed soon on the E3 website.

E3 2020 was previously set for June 9 – 11 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California.
