Day three kicked off ESL One Hamburg’s playoff stages, and fans were treated to a great Dota 2 showcase from TNC Predator, who dominated European squad Alliance during the upper bracket semifinals.

Game One

TNC’s first game against Alliance was cut and dried, as the Filipino squad remained in complete control from start to finish. TNC drafted around Armel “Armel” Tabios’ Alchemist pick and, at the 25-minute mark, the team sieged the Dire base which resulted in Alliance being forced to call good game.

Game two

During the second game, TNC used their new Position 1 Night Stalker strategy that left Alliance baffled. Whenever Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte joined the team fights, he was able to rush and shutdown key heroes from the Radiant team.

With an 11,000 gold lead, TNC sieged the Radiant base and Timothy “Tims” Randrup landed a perfectly timed four-man Black Hole.

Alliance tried their best to repel TNC’s heroes from their base, but they just didn’t have enough damage to bring down Armel’s Gyrocopter.

TNC finished game two after a successful smoke gank inside the Radiant base. Damien “kpii” Chok caught out Alliance’s Ogre Magi, while Gabbi jumped on the enemy Ember Spirit.

With their 2-0 victory over Alliance, TNC will advance to the Winners’ Final match against Gambit Esports.

Meanwhile, Alliance was knocked down to the lower bracket and awaits the winner of the Ninjas in Pjyamas versus Virtus.pro.
