BenQ’s Zowie brand has been announced as the official monitor provider of the upcoming PUBG Global Championship 2019.

Zowie’s popular XL2546 monitor specifically will be used exclusively by all players at the tournament.

The 24.5-inch gaming monitor is specially designed for esports use and has an ultrafast 240Hz refresh rate and Zowie’s DyAc Technology for an overall smooth gaming experience.

The monitor also features Zowie’s Black eQualizer and Color Vibrance features, which provide better visual clarity in the heat of battle.

“The PUBG Global Championship is the most important event of the year for us, so we needed to have one of the best monitors on the market for our game live on stage. This is why we chose the professional-grade products in the BenQ ZOWIE XL Series for the best PUBG players in the world to play on,” said Julian Schwartz, central esports business development manager for PUBG Corporation.

The PUBG Global Championship 2019 will take place on November 8, with the finals happening at the Oakland Arena in Oakland, California. A total of 32 teams will be competing in the offline tournament with a prize pool of US$2,000,000.
