Here’s a detailed guide on how to redeem your codes for PUBG Mobile.

  1. Access the PUBGM redemption center page here
  2. Fill in the three columns of Character ID, Redemption Code, and Verification Code
  3. You can find your Character ID upon clicking your in-game profile photo. The ID will appear right below your IGN as a series of numbers. Enter the series of numbers in the Character ID column.
  4. Enter your redeem code into the Redemption Code column.
  5. Enter the numbers found in the adjacent box into the Verification Code column. If the Verification Code has an error after your input, try refreshing it by clicking the button next to the box.
  6. Once you’ve filled in all the columns, click “Redeem”
  7. Check your in-game Mail to claim the code prize
