Three counters to Cici in Mobile Legends
Aamon
Cici’s abilities revolve around her Delight stacks, which increase her movement speed and spell vamp, making her a mobile and sustain-heavy fighter.
However, despite her high damage and mobility, the hero’s downfall lies in her susceptibility to burst damage.

Assassin hero Aamon exploits this particular weaknesses. The Duke of Shards can match the Buoyant Performer in terms of mobility, and he can eliminate her easily with a fatal combo of Slayer Shards, Soul Shards, and Endless Shards.
Most notably, his Endless Shards cannot be dodged when activated, which means that even when Cici tries to disengage, she will still be inflicted with the burst Magic Damage.
Mathilda

For maximum effectivity, buy items that increase Magic Damage and Magic Penetration. Equipment like Lightning Truncheon, Holy Crystal, and Blood Wings will pump your burst potential, while Genius Wand and Divine Glaive will help in melting Cici down even if she has Magic Defense items.
