Esports organization, 100 Thieves, hosted an Invitational Valorant tournament earlier this week, featuring eight teams packed with famous streamers and ex-CS:GO pros.

After being upset by Timothy John “TimTheTatman” Betar’s squad in the first match of the group stage, Mike “Shroud” Grzesiek’s Team Shroud went on an undefeated streak to win the entire tournament, getting his revenge on TimTheTatman’s mixed group of Apex Legends, CS:GO, and Fortnite players in the Final.

Ex-CS:GO pro and current T1 Valorant pro player, Keven “AZK” Lariviere, won the Grand Final in style by getting four kills and clutching out the final round of the match with a fraction of a second left to spare.

The tournament also showcased some interesting moments, along with some new tips and tricks that we haven’t been seen before.

AZK demonstrated that Valorant has some ‘one-way smoke’ positions similar to CS:GO. During Team Shroud’s match against Team Summit1g, AZK used Sage’s Barrier Orb to create a wall right outside the window of Site B in Bind. This gave Team Shroud an angle that their opponents were not prepared for.

During the Grand Final, Erik “fl0m” Flom showed that you can place Cypher’s Spycam on a tree that will let you spot Defenders on Site A of Haven.
