The Call of Duty League will be returning with a brand new online format this Friday, resuming its official schedule with the Dallas Empire Home Series.

“In this new, fully online format, players, team staff, and production personnel will compete and work safely from locations of their choice, and in accordance with current health and safety recommendations and governmental mandates,” said the CDL.

Along with the Dallas Home Series, CDL has revamped the rest of the Home Series Schedule to occur on Friday to Sunday every two weeks, giving fans eight more Home Series events after Dallas.

For aspiring CoD players who are looking for some competition, teams will also host online Call of Duty Challengers events in conjunction with each teams’ Home Series weekends. The Challengers will feature dedicated tournaments for North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. The CDL will also host five two-day Challengers events, each with US$50,000 prize pools, for all three regions.

The Dallas Home Series and Challengers Open will take place this weekend (April 10-12) while the first league-held Challengers tournament will happen on April 18-19.
