Nigma wins the Bukovel Minor

The first DPC event of 2020, saw Chinese powerhouse team, Royal Never Give Up, take on TI9 runners-up, Nigma Esports, in the Grand Final of the WePlay! Bukovel Minor.

The Grand Finals were a rematch of the second Upper Bracket Semifinals, which saw RNG win a 2-1 nailbiter over Nigma.

After losing the first game to RNG, Nigma won the next three games in a row, closing out the series with a 3-1 victory and recording their first tournament win of the 2019-2020 DPC season.

Byleth joins the cast of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Byleth from Fire Emblem: Three Houses will be the next DLC character to join the roster of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Hailing from Fire Emblem’s recent Switch installment, Byleth is the main protagonist of Three Houses, working as a professor at a military school.

In Fire Emblem, you can choose Byleth’s gender, so both male and female versions of the character will be added to SSBU.

SSBU game director, Masahiro Sakurai described Byleth as a low-mobility, long-range character, who will use the unique Hero’s Relic weapon, which can change forms between a bow, a sword, a mage’s staff, and a polearm.

Sett is League of Legends’ newest hero

League of Legends newest champion, Sett is now available with the release of patch 10.1.

Sett is an underworld crime boss, and is a buffed-out melee juggernaut with a skillset built around brawling.

His main attack has him punch opponents with his left hand, and then unleash a devasting combo attack with his right hand that deals bonus physical damage.

Sett also has a move that lets him grab two opponents and smash them together, stunning and damaging both of them, while his ultimate ability, Showstopper, lets him pick up an enemy and throw them like a massive projectile. The move scales with the grabbed enemy’s health, making HP tanks like Cho’Gath extra juicy targets.
