South Korean Dota 2 organization, T1 won their first match in the BTS Pro Series: SEA, sweeping Team CR on the fifth day of the group stage.
After winning the first game of the series, T1 looked poised to take an easy win over Yee Fung “Mushi” Chai’s team by establishing their team fight superiority with Muhammad “inYourdreaM” Rizky’s middle lane Mars, and Galvin “Meracle” Kang Jian Wen’s Morphling who had a Godlike streak before the 20-minute mark.
However, CR was able to answer back with Lee “X1aOyu” Qianyu’s Legion Commander who secured multiple Duel wins and gained nearly 200 bonus damage.
T1 decided to continue their siege of the Radiant base after losing their top lane of barracks to X1aOyU’s split-pushing Legion Commander. This gave CR the opportunity to punish Meracle’s overextended Morphling and eliminate him twice inside the Radiant base.

With the enemy Morphling down, CR decided to run straight into the Dire base to claim their second set of barracks. But T1 managed to defend their base with inYourdreaM’s Arena of Blood ultimate and Wilson “Poloson” Koh Chin Wei Tombstone ability.
A few minutes later, T1 managed to catch X1aOyU’s Legion Commander and Cheng “vtFαded” Jia Hao isolated in the middle lane. This gave T1 the opportunity to run into the Radiant base and finish the game.
With their 2-0 victory over CR, T1 now has a 1-2 record. Meanwhile, CR remains winless with a 0-4 record in the BTS Pro Series for Southeast Asia.
