ONE Esports Dota 2 Jakarta Invitational Thailand Online Qualifier winner, MS Chonburi’s Sittikorn “Mel M” Khungta spoke to ONE Esports about how he’s feeling about the upcoming Malaysia Regional Qualifier and his team’s chances.
“I’m very happy we’re able to represent Thailand. Also, I feel some relief because for the two weeks before the match, we trained very hard,” said Mel M.
As for how he feels about facing the other three teams at the qualifiers (the Philippines’ Cignal Ultra, Vietnam’s 496 Gaming, and Singapore-based invited team, Reality Rift), Mel M said, “We haven’t had a chance to meet Reality Rift, but we know Cignal Ultra and 496 Gaming. Personally, I think we can handle them.”

The winner of the Malaysia Regional Qualifier will earn a spot at the ONE Esports Dota 2 Jakarta Invitational, taking place at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition on April 18-19.
“If we can make it through to the Invitational, I want to meet all the teams, because it’s a good opportunity for our team to play against world-class teams. We’re going to use this opportunity to get the most experience for our team so that we can develop and fight with them in the future,” continued Mel M.
