Reigning two-time The International champions, OG, have announced that they will be competing in the ESL One Los Angeles Online EU-CIS regional league with Sébastien “Ceb” Debs and Neta “33” Shapira as stand-ins for Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen and Yeik “MidOne” Nai Zheng.

Due to global travel restrictions caused by the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, both Topson and MidOne are still in Southeast Asia and cannot return to Europe to play with the team.

Former Alliance offlaner, 33, will stand-in for Topson in the mid lane while OG’s own former offlaner will stand-in for MidOne on the offlane.

Prior to OG’s return to competition in January after winning their second Aegis of Champions back in TI9, Ceb notably announced that he would leave the active roster to return to a coaching role within the organization.

With Ceb and 33 in the lineup, OG will be among the 16 teams vying for the lion’s share of a US$200,000 prize pool at the ESL One Los Angeles EU-CIS online regional league from April 4-19.

This lineup is also expected to be the one OG will run with for the WePlay! Pushka League, another EU-CIS online league 14 teams competing for a US$250,000 prize pool.

Dota 2’s esports scene has already moved to online competitions in response to the coronavirus pandemic, which has already ground the 2019-2020 Dota Pro Circuit to a halt with the cancellations of the ESL One Los Angeles Major in early March, as well as the DOTA PIT Minor and EPICENTER Major in May

2. Neta “33” Shapira (stand-in)
3. Sébastien “Ceb” Debs (stand-in)
