The first-ever PUBG Nations Cup will take place from August 9-11 and will pit national PUBG teams against one another to see who can take the crown and the US$500,000 prize pool.

Due to the national team format, members will be picked via peer selection or through country-specific methods. PUBG Corporation added that teams must not just be about mashing up pure talent — the four players must operate as a unit and secure enough Chicken Dinners to take the crown for their team and country.
